We’re currently seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team.

As an SLP, you will evaluate, treat, and support residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing needs — helping them regain function, confidence, and quality of life. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide direct treatment in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies and home programs
• Collaborate closely with therapy, nursing, and medical teams
• Complete accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports)
• Maintain resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred — strong new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required.

Licenses/Certification:

Current license in Speech Language Therapy as required by state law.

Valid CPR certification required.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
