About This Position

We’re currently seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team.
As an SLP, you will evaluate, treat, and support residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing needs — helping them regain function, confidence, and quality of life. What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Provide direct treatment in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies and home programs
- Collaborate closely with therapy, nursing, and medical teams
- Complete accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports)
- Maintain resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred — strong new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills

Requirements:Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
Licenses/Certification:
Current license in Speech Language Therapy as required by state law.
Valid CPR certification required.
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
