Job Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, installing and maintaining electrical control systems, equipment and power distribution in our manufacturing facility.

Compensation: $100,000 and up depending on qualification and experience
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
· Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Lead project planning and execution, including modifications and upgrades to existing electrical systems.
· Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical schematics, control panel designs and power distribution systems and components to improve plant reliability and performance using CAD software.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
· Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve problems effectively.
· Analyze system data and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve system reliability, efficiency and performance.
· Document technical procedures, maintenance activities, and reliability improvements.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all engineering activities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
· Minimum of 5 years' electrical experience in an industrial setting
· Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) HMI development and SCADA systems
· Basic knowledge of reliability engineering principles and maintenance practices.
· Proficiency in technical software tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD) is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities as well as the capability to collaborate with technicians, vendors, contractors and management.
· Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of aluminum rolling mill processes is a plus.
· Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and practices.
