Salary $85,000 + Bonus

We are looking for an Investment Delivery Manager to join our Team! As the Investment Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of property investment projects with clear focus on delivering projects on-time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, manage project stakeholders, and oversee the entire project life cycle, from inception to delivery.

Your role will focus on the successful delivery of each property investment project, from initial planning for when each project will start on site, to the onsite activities, through to the successful handover of the gym back to the operations team ready for relaunch.

Your role will involve a combination of onsite site and desk-based activities, including the following:

Project Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams (eg; marketing) and external partners (eg; architects, designers, equipment suppliers, contractors) to plan and execute investment projects.

Execution and Monitoring:

- Lead the execution of investment initiatives, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and pro-actively address issues to keep projects on track.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, date changes and risks.

- Be the onsite representative of the project, ensuing disruption is managed proactively and safely.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including gym management teams.

- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders regularly.

- Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment of project goals with stakeholder expectations.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. This includes ensure all snags are closed out before each investment project is complete.

- Record, issue and archive key project information (eg; asset registers, RAMS etc).

The Person

- Has experience of gym operations, ideally in a high volume low price operator.

- Has experience in Project Management and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

- Has exceptional organisation skills and is able to prioritise workload effectively.

- Is comfortable to challenge and influence at a senior level.

- Can articulate their point of view in a concise and informative manner, both verbally and written.

- Has a strong eye for detail and seeks to utilise data to support their decision making and suggestions.

- Has exceptional communication skills and is able to adapt their approach depending on the audience.

- Thrives working at pace with tight deadlines to manage.

- Is enthusiastic about frequent travel, including overnight stays in various locations.
