Role OverviewWe are looking for a HR Assistant to support the HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with on-the-job training in HR or minimal experience in HR operations, compensation and benefits, and general administrative support.
The HR Assistant will work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and timely support for employees and management.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, induction schedules, and HRIS updates
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Support leave management, attendance tracking, and other HR reporting tasks
Prepare HR documents, forms, and communications for employees and management
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Assist with payroll preparation and coordination with Payroll POCs
Help manage employee benefits such as HMO, insurance, and other perks
Support HR in payroll-related inquiries and documentation
Assist in organizing employee recognition or rewards programs
Assist in job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
Maintain candidate and recruitment records
Support HR in maintaining the applicant tracking system
Assist in engagement activities, training logistics, and HR projects
Support the HR team in ad-hoc tasks as required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with on-the-job training (OJT) or minimal HR experience are preferred
Basic understanding of HR operations, payroll, compensation and benefits, or administrative processes
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Suite Applications
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
