Job Responsibilities

The Kettering Breast Evaluation Center (KBEC) Office Float answers a multiple line telephone system and directs calls to the appropriate person or area; performs daily patient scheduling for Centers; and completes other duties related to processing of patient information/records.

This individual must be able to meet deadlines with time constraints. The KBEC Office Float is responsible for providing support in all settings in collaboration with other interdisciplinary personnel.

Job Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience as receptionist in medical facility
• 1 year experience with answering multiple telephone lines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
