The Strategic Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and demonstrating the value of advanced data and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure seamless client engagement and solution delivery. The role involves frequent travel, providing exposure to varied markets and clients. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to expand existing accounts, acquire new business, and deliver tailored, innovative solutions that drive client value.
Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for strategic enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships to influence key stakeholders and secure long-term partnerships
  • Understand client business objectives and craft solutions that align with their goals and challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver customized proposals and ensure client success
  • Maintain a clear understanding of competitive positioning and industry trends to inform sales strategies
  • Manage account forecasts, pipeline reporting, and sales metrics to ensure achievement of revenue targets
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
Requirements:
  • 57 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably selling to large organizations in Brazil or LATAM
  • Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, innovation adoption, or complex solution sales
  • Strong ability to articulate a compelling vision and align multiple stakeholders within client organizations
  • Knowledge or experience in data, analytics, big data, BI/DW, data integration, or AI platforms is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage long sales cycles
  • Comfortable with 3050% travel and working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset
