This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the financial processes of our partner, ensuring timely and accurate accounting operations. Your expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable, along with your attention to detail, will help streamline financial information across the organization. As a valued member of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, making significant impacts on the companys financial health.
Accountabilities- Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Improve and create procedures and processes for timely and accurate financial information.
- Conduct routine accounting functions including data entry and bank reconciliation.
- Manage account reconciliations and lead schedules for monthly closings.
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and Year-end closing processes.
- Review and prepare commission reports/statements to ensure accuracy.
- Strong accounting and financial processing skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (Salesforce, SAP Concur, Bill.com).
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
