About the role

Provide system application support for client platforms. Responsible for developing and deploying all software application development across the Development, Test, Pre-Production/Integration and Production environments.

What you'll do

• Manage all Software Change Requests (SCR), Technical Assessments (TA) and releases for the system maintenance and enhancement.
• Perform full stack development to support all client system operation and administration leveraging experience with .Net and APIs.
• Support development and cybersecurity software needs.
• Work as part of a Scrum Team to develop and deploy code as per user stories created.
• Communicate with other Scrum Team members to seamlessly deliver artifacts as per the team requirements.
• Provides development using with relational database technologies: Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle DWH and ETL
• Proficient in development using HTML and CSS and DevOps tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Maven, and Jenkins

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
• Bachelor of Science in related field
• 5+ years functional experience with federal financial and budgeting systems
• 5+ years of experience in system enhancement and administration on the operational platforms
• 5+ years of experience in Decision Support System applications and their architecture
• 5+ years’ experience in data warehouse, budget development tool (Informatica ETL, Oracle, SAP BOXI, and IBM Planning Analytics)
• 5+ Years experience in Oracle, PL/SQ
• 2+ years' experience in a DoD environment
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IASAE L2 certification
