How You Will Make an Impact
Operate diverse heavy machinery and Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems to facilitate seamless masonry installations.
Coordinate the consistent mixing of high-quality mortar to meet specific project standards and structural requirements.
Maintain equipment through rigorous daily inspections, including fueling and greasing, to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
Anticipate the logistical needs of the crew by preparing materials and positioning equipment before they are required.
Execute precision material handling to navigate tight commercial job sites without compromising safety or project timelines.
Support the broader field team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace according to company protocols.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment within a commercial construction environment.
Proven proficiency in mixing mortar with a deep understanding of material consistency and quality control.
Demonstrated ability to perform routine daily maintenance and troubleshooting on field machinery.
Strong work ethic with a track record of reliability and a "think-ahead" mindset in fast-paced settings.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Current forklift operator training card or certification.
Direct experience operating or jumping Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems.
Familiarity with commercial masonry workflows and the specific material needs of large-scale crews.
