About This Position

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

Are you a high-level communicator with a passion for client success? Brands Payroll is looking for a bilingual Account Manager to lead our most valued relationships in the U.S. market. If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a near-native command of English, this is for you!
Location: ONSITE Schedule: Mon - Fri \u007C 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM EST.
The Role:
As the primary point of contact for our strategic clients, you will:
Primary Activities:
Relationship Management: Proactive check-ins and high-level calls with U.S. senior executives.
Conflict Resolution: Rapidly troubleshooting complex payroll/HR issues and managing internal escalations.
Account Growth: Identifying upselling opportunities and designing proposals for additional services.
Project Oversight: Coordinating new business setups and task tracking via Asana/ZenDesk.
Executive Support: Translating client needs into actionable briefs for the management team.
What we are looking for:
English Mastery: C1/C2 Level is mandatory (Clear, professional communication).
Experience: 3-5 years in Account Management or Project Management.
Expertise: Solid conflict resolution skills and an "advocate" mindset for the client.
Education: Degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or similar.
Big Plus: Previous experience in Payroll or HR services.
