What youll do

Inspect vehicles, identify visible and hidden damage, and determine repair vs. replace

Write accurate repair plans/estimates for labor, parts, and operations

Partner closely with the Body Shop Manager/Foreman to align repair approach and production flow

Complete insurance documentation and support fair claim outcomes

Communicate professionally with guests and partners while keeping timelines moving
