Position Summary:The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. This consultant role is specifically geared towards learning the SPS, The Order Exchange adapter. The Order Exchange was acquired in October of 2023 and services 6 ERP systems within the US Market. Any Fulfillment, network or ERP experience a plus.Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
- Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
- Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
- Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
- Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
- Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred Experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
- A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our US MN Minneapolis Office office.

The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300.00 - $95,000.00 USD The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
