About This Position
Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Medical Surgical Nursing Services, responsible for overall unit activity and efficiency and providing secretarial/clerical support to the department Interacts with physicians, staff, and pre-hospital personnel as well as patients and their family or significant others.
Minimum Qualifications
· Education
o High school graduate required.
o Secretarial or business coursework preferred.
o Medical terminology coursework preferred.
· Experience
o Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required.
o Previous Meditech experience preferred.
· Licensure and/or Certification
