Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook / Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a background in a culinary setting. As a Grill Cook / Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.

• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as necessary.

• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry would be an advantage.

• Excellent team management abilities, with experience supervising kitchen staff preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
