- Support project engineering and project management teams in delivering and deploying Synapse and related healthcare imaging solutions.
- Assist with basic software installations, configurations, and system deployments across customer environments.
- Monitor system processes such as migrations, upgrades, and data transfers to ensure smooth execution.
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to hardware, software, and network components in collaboration with technical teams.
- Work cross-functionally with internal product teams and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Maintain documentation, follow established workflows, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through training, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure.
- Trade school certification, associate degree, or equivalent experience in computer systems or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience, including internships or entry-level technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer-facing approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of operating systems such as Microsoft and VMware environments.
- Familiarity with networking, storage systems, and data transfer protocols (HL7, DICOM preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes and technical documentation.
- Ability to make guided technical decisions based on training and system knowledge.
