SAP Basis HANA Consultant (RISE with SAP) at OmegaHires

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis HANA Consultant with strong expertise in RISE with SAP to support a critical enterprise engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing SAP landscapes on HANA and working within cloud-based RISE environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and system stability.

• Administer, configure, and maintain SAP Basis environments on SAP HANA
• Manage and support RISE with SAP (S/4HANA Cloud) landscapes
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across SAP systems
• Execute system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and patching/upgrades
• Support SAP system migrations, upgrades, and cloud transitions
• Ensure system availability, security, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional, development, and infrastructure teams
• Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations as required

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration on SAP HANA
• Proven experience with RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud environments
• Experience with SAP system upgrades, migrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Transport Management System (STMS)
  • System copies and refreshes
  • Kernel upgrades and patching
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
• Good understanding of SAP security and compliance practices

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM
• Exposure to automation and monitoring tools in SAP landscapes
• Strong documentation and process adherence skills

• 6–10+ years of SAP Basis experience
• Hands-on expertise in HANA-based environments
• Experience working in cloud-driven SAP transformations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
