About the Role
You are a digital marketing professional with a strong inbound marketing background. You quickly understand the Qyrus platform and its value proposition and use that knowledge to develop engaging digital marketing campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers across the full funnel.
About Your Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop and execute full‑funnel inbound demand programs to ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
- Analyze every stage of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to close gaps and improve performance.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop‑off areas and continuously optimize user journeys and funnels.
- Drive the creation and execution of digital programs and campaigns across email, website, SEO, PPC, social media, and emerging digital channels.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital programs using clearly defined metrics and KPIs, while owning and managing the content marketing calendar to meet business objectives.
- Identify trends and actionable insights, optimizing marketing spend and performance based on data.
- Design, build, and maintain Qyrus’ digital presence, including social media channels and website.
- Organize, support, and participate in conferences and events to generate inbound demand and increase brand awareness.
About Your Qualifications
You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant digital marketing experience
- A highly creative mindset with proven experience identifying target audiences and building campaigns that engage, inform, and convert
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, and website traffic and performance analysis
- Practical expertise running and managing:
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Display and brand awareness campaigns
- YouTube video advertising
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- Influencer and content marketing
- Social media marketing across platforms
