This is a performance-driven role responsible for helping us become fully staffed with high-quality clinicians in a very competitive market. You will own recruiting outcomes from sourcing through offer and play a key role in improving early employee experience and retention. This is not a passive HR role. You will be expected to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results.

Pediatric Therapies Hawai‘i is a mission-driven pediatric therapy practice serving Maui’s keiki through Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA, and expanding Speech services. Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical and administrative roles
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Proactively source candidates through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage job postings and optimize performance across platforms
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Drive efficient hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve hiring strategy
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming onboarding experience
- Conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins
- Identify trends impacting retention and propose solutions
- Support onboarding documentation and HR systems (Paylocity)
- Assist with benefits coordination and compliance
- Partner with leadership on HR-related initiatives
- Open roles are filled quickly with strong, aligned candidates
- Consistent pipeline of qualified applicants

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a majority of work completed remotely.
- Approximately 70–80% remote (recruiting, screening, coordination)
- 20–30% in-person for interviews, onboarding, and team connection
- Schedule is flexible based on hiring needs and clinic activity.

Requirements: Required- Experience in recruiting (healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at once
- Experience recruiting for healthcare or clinical roles (PT, OT, ABA, etc.)
- Experience with HR systems (Paylocity or similar)
- Experience in a growing or fast-paced organization
