Role Description

We are seeking a trustworthy and versatile professional to manage the personal properties and assets of the company owners for the summer months. This is not a tenant-facing role; instead, it focuses on the meticulous care, maintenance, and improvement of private residences and personal real estate.

The ideal candidate will be a "jack-of-all-trades" responsible for the daily upkeep of these properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include performing small repairs, executing home improvement tasks, coordinating with specialized contractors, and ensuring all property systems are functioning perfectly. This role requires a high degree of discretion, a proactive mindset, and the ability to pivot between hands-on labor and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and small repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
  • Manage and execute various home improvement projects to enhance property value and utility.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and supervise external service providers (landscaping, HVAC, pool service).
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues before they escalate.
  • Manage property budgets and maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and expenses.
  • Ensure all personal properties are secure and operationally efficient at all times.
Requirements: Qualifications
  • Trustworthy & Discreet: Proven track record of handling sensitive environments with high integrity.
  • Versatile Skill Set: Highly "handy" with the ability to troubleshoot and fix a wide range of household issues.
  • Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean criminal record.
  • Experience: Previous experience in estate management, high-end residential maintenance, or facilities coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle property-related challenges effectively and independently.
  • Communication: Clear and professional interpersonal skills to coordinate directly with owners and vendors.
  • Organization: Excellent time-management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to perform manual labor and handle the physical demands of home improvement tasks.
