You’ll be working on industrial projects like heat treat equipment and conveyor systems, installing and troubleshooting electrical systems that keep operations running. This role involves travel, hands-on work, and being part of a team that gets big jobs done.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Run conduit, pull wire, and install industrial electrical systems
  • Wire motors, VFDs, PLCs, and 3-phase systems (up to 480V)
  • Help install and commission heat treat equipment and conveyor systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues on equipment and systems
  • Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Work alongside mechanical and maintenance teams on projects
  • Travel to customer sites for installs, repairs, and support
  • Follow all safety standards (NEC, OSHA) and keep work areas safe
  • Document work and updates as needed
What Your Day May Look Like
  • Start your day with a safety meeting
  • Review the job scope and plans with your team
  • Lay out and run conduit for a new equipment install
  • Pull wire and terminate connections for motors or control panels
  • Work off prints to wire up a conveyor system or heat treat line
  • Troubleshoot an issue with a VFD or motor that isn’t running correctly
  • Use a meter to test circuits and verify everything is working properly
  • Coordinate with the crew to keep the project moving on schedule
  • Clean up your work area and prep for the next phase of the job
  • Travel to the next site when needed for the next project
Requirements: What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience (5+ strongly preferred)
  • Strong conduit bending, running, and wiring experience
  • Experience working with 3-phase systems up to 480V
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls
  • Solid troubleshooting skills—you can figure things out in the field
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or technical program
  • Willingness to travel for projects
Bonus If You Have
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar systems
  • Experience in industrial construction or large-scale installs
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems
  • Additional industrial electrical certifications
