Automotive Finance Manager at Okotoks Nissan – Okotoks, Alberta

If you answered yes to these questions, Okotoks Nissan has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced automotive professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of direct automotive financing experience, is results-driven and a strong team player.

You will be responsible for securing each sale and ensuring every vehicle sold is delivered by helping customers obtain the financing they require to purchase the vehicle of their choice. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $140,000 and $160,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to arrange for vehicle financing including completing credit applications and matching customers to suitable financial sources to obtain necessary approvals
• Provide product information, service features and benefits, quote prices and payments, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales paperwork.
• Present and encourage the purchase of insurance, warranty, protection packages and other products sold by the dealership
• Follow up with customers and lending institutions
• Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or of the vehicle
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with lenders and financial institutions and keeps current on their lending procedures
• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service program
• Performs other tasks and duties as required

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of previous automotive Finance/Business Manager experience. Nissan experience is considered a strong asset
• Results driven with a strong sense of personal achievement
• Exceptional customer service, listening and communication skills including the ability to use tact, empathy and to be clear, confident and persuasive when interacting with customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team to share expertise, seek input and share successes
• A valid Driver’s License
