- Serve as a trusted advisor and business coach to assigned franchisees or operators, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Conduct regular business reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Guide and monitor operational excellence, including sales performance, marketing execution, and service delivery
- Lead franchisees through onboarding, launch, and ongoing development, tailoring coaching to business maturity and growth stage
- Ensure alignment with brand standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements
- Identify trends, risks, and best practices, sharing insights internally to improve systems, tools, and processes
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in franchise support, multi-unit operations, or small business management
- Strong financial acumen and experience analyzing P&L statements, balance sheets, and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and develop business owners or multi-unit operators
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt coaching strategies to diverse profiles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and business management tools; advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time and work remotely or in a hybrid model where applicable
- Competitive base salary range: $97,000 $108,000 annually, based on experience and location
