- Lead customer-facing meetings to gather requirements, review data structures, and guide solution design
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with external partners, including payers and data vendors
- Investigate and resolve complex data inquiries, ensuring root-cause analysis and actionable next steps
- Analyze healthcare and social care datasets, including claims, eligibility files, and member/provider rosters
- Define data requirements, mapping documents, validation rules, and transformation logic
- Identify data quality issues, structural variances, and integration gaps, recommending solutions for accuracy and reliability
- Architect scalable data integration and transformation solutions aligned with customer needs
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and support onboarding, testing, and deployment activities
- Influence product and solution roadmaps through insights on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Mentor analysts in data analysis techniques, solution strategies, and customer engagement best practices
- 810+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, solution delivery, or technical consulting within healthcare, social care, or related domains
- Hands-on experience with healthcare file formats, including claims (837), eligibility files (834), member and provider rosters, and encounters/utilization data
- Strong understanding of social care data, service taxonomies, and cross-sector workflows
- Advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with third parties to resolve data structure, format, or integration issues
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, multi-source data solutions
- Familiarity with coding standards such as ICD, CPT, and HCPCS
- Experience in value-based care, population health analytics, or outcomes measurement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts
- Competitive salary: $140,000$160,000 USD, dependent on skills and location
