- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for technology clients, managing multiple teams and providing performance feedback
- Oversee daily audit operations including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting
- Partner with senior leadership on audit procedures, risk assessment, and reporting decisions
- Provide guidance on complex accounting transactions, GAAP compliance, and implementation of new standards
- Serve as an instructor in training programs and meetings, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development
- Participate in community, networking, and business development activities to support growth and client relationships
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA license mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with technology clients
- Knowledge of revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, convertible debt, and capitalized software preferred
- Experience with SAFE (Simple Agreements for Future Equity) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and provide clear guidance on technical and regulatory matters
- Competitive salary range of $97,000 $145,000, depending on experience and location
