The Manager of Creative Services is responsible for creating unique, high-end, high-impact marketing pieces, including but not limited to print campaigns, both static and animated web banners, logos, posters, signage, social media graphics, and more. This role will push the envelope creatively by seeking innovative ways to promote the brand, while also managing the creative process from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage concepting and design of brand visuals and creative output for print and digital marketing materials including, but not limited to:
- Marketing: Digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, print collateral (flyers, menus), retail/apparel.
- In-House: Menus, in-store signage, promotional materials, potentially interior design elements (murals).
- Digital: Website elements, app interfaces, video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (operations, IT, HR, etc.) to facilitate successful and timely delivery of restaurant marketing collateral.
- Drive ideation for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and guest engagement materials.
- Source and manage vendors and freelancers (printers, photographers, videographers, illustrators, etc.) as needed for strategic brand initiatives or targeted projects.
- Drive the schedule and production of photo and video shoots to showcase property, food and beverage, pickleball and other store-specific promotions/advertising.
- Identifies photos and videos, or photo and video needs, for marketing projects.
- Organizes, catalogues, and maintains an online image library of shows/talent/relevant brand assets.
- Manage digital presence on Google My business, Yelp, Apple etc. to ensure location details, hours, and offerings are up to date.
- Maintain brand standards to ensure visual and voice consistency across all channels.
- Ensure consistency and quality in brand storytelling - vibrant, playful and guest-centric creative that aligns with the brand.
- Proofread all projects, aiming for an error-free final product.
- Communicate effectively and regularly to develop concepts.
- Remain up to date with industry developments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
