Automotive Biller - entry level opportunity at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington – Huntington, New York

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Process all financial documents and Motor Vehicle paperwork relating to sold vehicles
• Process dealer wholesale transactions
• Maintain Vehicle Book of Registry
• Maintain accurate records of MV50’s and Plate Issuance Log
• Order supplies from Vehicle Safety
• Process DMV transmittals and submit to DMV office
• Follow up on Motor Vehicle rejections and ensure the timely process of registrations

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Needs to be detailed oriented
• Must be a team player
• Dealership experience preferred

SCHEDULE:

Part-time position - 20-25 hours a week which will include Saturdays.
