Your Role: Corporate Controller

As the Corporate Controller, you will oversee the financial backbone of MKB, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will be a key player in our leadership team, providing insights that drive business decisions and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee the preparation of complete, accurate, and timely financial statements

✔️ Ensure data integrity for planning, forecasting, and decision-making

✔️ Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights

✔️ Compile and analyze financial reporting packages for leadership and investors

✔️ Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, supporting company growth initiatives

✔️ Develop and manage internal financial controls to ensure compliance and efficiency

✔️ Communicate key financial metrics to senior management

✔️ Provide leadership and support to AR and AP teams

✔️ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and legal requirements

✔️ Maintain a high level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism

✔️ Ability to work flexible hours when necessary to meet financial deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Financial Expertise – Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

✅ GAAP & Regulatory Knowledge – Deep understanding of accounting principles and compliance

✅ Analytical Mindset – Ability to translate numbers into strategy

✅ ERP Systems & Financial Software Experience – NetSuite ERP preferred

✅ Manufacturing & Cost Accounting Experience – Understanding of financial operations in a manufacturing environment

✅ Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to manage processes, teams, and develop standards

✅ CPA or relevant certification preferred

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✅ Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
