• Lead market research initiatives across North America and Europe, analyzing company data, digital activity, and business needs
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and data-backed strategies to drive growth and customer engagement
• Oversee daily data operations, including data systems management, quality assurance, and governance standards
• Apply advanced analytics to extract insights that inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and execute outbound and account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts
• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and reporting tools
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by aligning data initiatives with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in data operations, data management, or a related role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B marketing and sales strategies, including account-based marketing
• Strong proficiency with prospecting and data tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
• Bilingual or fluent English proficiency, with the ability to work in an international environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly to support business decisions
