The Ice Cream Production role is centered on the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of ice cream products within our facility. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or ice cream production.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in food safety or related training.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ice cream production equipment to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing processes.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Document production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control reports.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting supply needs.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
