This role sits at the heart of product-led growth, combining marketing, product, and data to drive measurable business impact. You will lead experimentation initiatives across the entire funnel—from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention—while optimizing user journeys and identifying growth opportunities. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will design and execute A/B tests, improve onboarding flows, and enhance in-product experiences. The position is highly analytical and requires a strong data-driven mindset to uncover insights and scale successful strategies. You’ll play a key role in shaping growth strategy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. - Drive product-led growth initiatives by optimizing onboarding, activation, and retention flows across the user journey
- Design and execute A/B testing programs across landing pages, product experiences, and conversion funnels
- Improve free-to-paid conversion rates through data-driven experimentation and funnel optimization
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement in-app messaging and growth experiments
- Build and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns aligned with user behavior and engagement patterns
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose scalable solutions to enhance performance
- Own the experimentation roadmap and deliver regular reporting on growth metrics and performance insights
- 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or product-led growth roles
- Proven experience running structured experimentation programs with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnels, user behavior, and conversion optimization techniques
- Familiarity with growth tools, analytics platforms, and testing frameworks
- Bonus: experience working with AI products, developer tools, or highly technical environments
