This is a high-impact role focused on driving adoption of advanced healthcare data solutions within enterprise organizations. You will lead complex, technical sales cycles, helping customers unlock the value of unified patient data and modernize their workflows. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on dealmaker, you will build pipeline from the ground up while shaping go-to-market approaches in a rapidly evolving space. The role requires deep collaboration with product, engineering, and solutions teams to align technical capabilities with real-world healthcare challenges. You’ll engage with executive stakeholders and technical buyers alike, guiding them through discovery, validation, and implementation. This is an opportunity to influence how next-generation healthcare platforms are adopted and scaled across the industry.
- Build and own a high-value enterprise sales pipeline, driving new business through outbound strategies, partnerships, and market development initiatives
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through closing, including technical validation and proof-of-concept phases
- Position data platform solutions as foundational infrastructure for care coordination, population health, and operational efficiency
- Conduct deep discovery sessions with clinical, product, and engineering stakeholders to understand workflows and technical requirements
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, articulate value propositions, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams to refine offerings and improve market positioning
- Provide customer insights to influence product development and overall go-to-market strategy
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS or data platforms within the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of closing complex deals ranging from $100K to $1M+ involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare data interoperability, including APIs, FHIR standards, and EHR integrations
- Ability to engage both executive decision-makers and technical audiences with credibility and clarity
- Experience building pipeline from scratch in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to run technical sales processes, including demos, architecture discussions, and integration planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, storytelling, and execution skills
