Social Media Specialist (Remote | $1,500–$2,000/month)

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Specialist to own our social channels and drive consistent growth through engaging, high-performing content.

• Own all social channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X
• Grow audience from ~8K to 32–35K followers within 12 months
• Create content in a witty, relatable voice (Duolingo-style)
• Collaborate closely with the video editor and content creators
  
  

• Post 1–2 pieces of content daily (TikTok, IG Reels, Stories)
• Write short-form video scripts (strong hooks in first 3 seconds, trends, CTAs)
• Create Instagram carousels (e.g. “5 MCAT mistakes everyone makes”)
• Scan trends daily (TikTok, Reddit, SDN) for content ideas
• Reply to comments and DMs in a natural, witty tone (never corporate)
• Run UGC campaigns (e.g. students sharing results and tagging us)
• Work with video editor and creators on collaborative content
• Use Marketing OS Social Creator to plan weekly content

• Experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of short-form content and trends
• Comfortable being on camera
• Creative, fast-moving, and proactive
• English: fluent or very good
