Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000–$70,000 starting salary, starting pay within this range is based on relevant experience, certifications, and skills

About the Role - Service Manager

As a Fox Pest Control Service Manager, you play a key role in supporting day-to-day service operations and developing high-performing teams. Working closely with the Branch Manager and fellow Service Managers, you’ll help ensure consistent service quality, strong customer experiences, and a positive, well-supported team environment.

This role blends hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support. You’ll focus on technician development, service execution, and accountability—helping translate branch goals into daily action while reinforcing Fox’s core values in the field.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Branch Manager to support daily service operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Coach, train, and support technicians through ride-alongs, field evaluations, and ongoing development
  • Reinforce service standards, safety expectations, and regulatory compliance
  • Support sales and service activity by monitoring performance metrics and encouraging accountability
  • Help improve customer retention by promoting quality service, follow-through, and professionalism
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Collaborate with office and support teams on routing, scheduling, and service coordination
  • Lead by example, modeling reliability, ethical service, teamwork, and Fox’s core values
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support branch needs
Leadership & Work Environment

  • Reinforce safety protocols and proper PPE usage in daily operations
  • Promote compliance with label instructions and applicable regulatory standards
  • Support technicians working in varied environments and conditions

Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading or supporting a team, ideally in a service or field-based environment
  • Industry Experience: Pest control or lawn care experience strongly preferred; active state licensing a plus
  • Training & Development: Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring technicians
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of industry standards and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Sales & Service Awareness: Experience supporting sales efforts, customer retention, or service quality (management experience a plus)
  • Operational Support Skills: Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills, including experience supporting route efficiency
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, support solutions, and escalate appropriately
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers and service-related software; CRM experience a plus
  • Eligibility: Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
