The Senior Frontend Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and scaling cutting-edge frontend applications for a fast-growing technology platform. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, ensuring high-performance, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces, and mentoring other engineers to elevate the team’s capabilities. This role requires collaboration with backend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to align technical excellence with business and user needs. You will lead efforts in testing, CI/CD optimization, and adopting best practices for modern frontend development. • Lead the evolution of frontend architecture, setting patterns and standards for scalable and maintainable applications.
• Architect and implement complex, high-performance user interfaces with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and best practices.
• Partner with backend engineers to design APIs, integrate platform capabilities, and support system-wide technical excellence.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to guide junior and mid-level engineers in software development best practices.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment infrastructure to enhance developer productivity and system reliability.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows, automate testing, and enhance code quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with significant expertise in React and modern SSR frameworks (e.g., NextJS, Remix).
• Expert-level knowledge of GraphQL, including schema design, performance optimization, and resolver patterns.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-performance frontend solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing technical decisions across teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress).
• Experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines with a focus on reliability and developer productivity.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) is highly desirable.
