About This Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Clinical in the United States.
This role offers a unique opportunity to define and own the clinical product experience for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform serving healthcare providers. You will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of clinical features that directly impact provider workflows, compliance, and patient care. As the first dedicated Clinical Product Manager, you will shape foundational capabilities rather than inherit a pre-defined roadmap, working in a lean, high-ownership team where your decisions have immediate effect. You will partner closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve provider efficiency, increase adoption, and differentiate the platform in the market. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on product execution, emphasizing discovery, user research, and measurable outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end clinical product surface, including charting, compliance workflows, e-prescribing, GFEs, labs, and related infrastructure
- Lead discovery efforts through direct user research, gathering insights from clinical-first practices to inform roadmap priorities
- Define and execute a clinical roadmap that drives adoption, supports sales efforts, and enhances provider workflows
- Ship measurable product improvements at high velocity, including new clinical capabilities and enhancements to existing features
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality solutions that align with user needs and business objectives
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to translate clinical capabilities into compelling value propositions
- Continuously monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize impact
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end
- Strong user research and discovery skills, with the ability to identify assumptions and uncover deep user needs
- Demonstrated product ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-impact environments
- Excellent solution design skills, with an emphasis on simplicity, usability, and measurable outcomes
- Proven collaboration with engineering and design teams, contributing to stronger team outcomes
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product management efficiency and decision-making
- Healthcare or medspa experience is a plus but not required; willingness and ability to learn the domain quickly
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
- Opportunity to own and define a foundational product area in a high-growth company
- Collaborative, high-impact, and fast-moving team culture
- Direct influence on product strategy, adoption, and provider success
- Access to AI tools and resources to accelerate productivity and innovation
