This is a high-impact leadership role driving customer success and technical solutions for enterprise clients at scale. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Solutions Architects, ensuring Global 2000 clients achieve maximum value from complex technical solutions. The role combines strategic vision, operational execution, and technical fluency, with a strong focus on AI-enabled workflows and data orchestration. You will partner closely with C-suite stakeholders to translate technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes, while mentoring and elevating your team as consultative experts. The position emphasizes innovation, ROI-driven solutioning, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and GTM teams. Your work will directly influence customer retention, expansion, and enterprise adoption across multiple markets.
- Lead and scale the Customer Success & Solutions organization for enterprise clients, driving high-value implementations and technical adoption globally
- Partner with C-level stakeholders to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes and phased ROI
- Develop and implement AI-powered GTM frameworks, end-to-end workflows, and best practices for enterprise adoption
- Direct proof-of-value (PoV) initiatives, shifting the team’s focus from operational delivery to business impact
- Collaborate across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to quantify and communicate business value through structured assessments
- Establish operational processes that reduce time-to-value, improve onboarding, and ensure predictability in renewal and expansion metrics
- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, including Enterprise CSM, Solutions Architecture, or System Integration, specifically with Global 2000 companies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical variables (APIs, data orchestration, AI agents) to financial outcomes like revenue growth and churn reduction
- Deep technical knowledge of platforms, APIs, automation, data orchestration, and GTM workflows
- Exceptional consultative skills, storytelling, and executive presentation ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing consultative teams
- B.S. in Data Science or related field; MBA or TOGAF certification highly desirable
