This role offers the opportunity to translate high-level company strategy into disciplined execution across a fast-growing, dynamic organization. You will own enterprise planning systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure measurable progress against key strategic initiatives. Working closely with leadership teams and external partners, you will reinforce a “one company, one plan” approach that connects Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and enterprise partners. This position requires a mix of analytical rigor, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership to ensure strategic priorities are executed efficiently. You will act as a central hub for strategic planning, performance tracking, and execution oversight, making a direct impact on organizational effectiveness and growth.

Accountabilities
  • Own enterprise planning and performance systems, including annual planning, long-range strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and company-wide business review frameworks
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through execution, defining ownership, timelines, and success metrics
  • Partner with executive leadership on prioritization and decision-making, providing structured inputs and supporting tradeoff discussions
  • Drive alignment and operational discipline across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and external partners
  • Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams to monitor execution and progress
  • Manage relationships with external enterprise partners, ensuring visibility, alignment, and integration into company-wide planning processes
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance strategic planning and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or general management roles, with a track record of driving measurable results
  • Proven experience leading enterprise planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards) and experience implementing them
  • Exceptional ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority
  • Structured, analytical thinker with excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • High ownership mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and adept at prioritizing competing initiatives
  • Preferred: experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, marketplace, or consumer businesses, or operating alongside a larger enterprise parent organization
  • Familiarity with planning tools, analytics platforms, or data visualization systems
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $200,000–$220,000 plus incentive, equity, and benefits
  • Fully remote work across the U.S.* with access to a modern Manhattan office
  • Unlimited vacation policy and company-paid parental leave (up to 20 weeks for birthing parents, up to 12 weeks for non-birthing parents)
  • Paid volunteer opportunities and family-building benefits through Progyny
  • Technology stipend ($4,000 every 2 years) and annual WFH stipend ($500)
  • Monthly wellness, learning, and lifestyle stipends
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HRA, HSA, and family/dependent coverage
  • Retirement savings plans with immediate employer match
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Employee discounts on enterprise partner products and services
