This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the product and technology vision for a rapidly growing, mission-driven healthcare organization. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure technology and product investments deliver measurable outcomes across clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient and provider experience. This position balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution, requiring creativity, technical expertise, and strong leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. You will serve as a key executive, shaping innovation, driving adoption of AI and data strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery for underserved families nationwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide product and technology strategy to support operational growth, care delivery, and clinical outcomes
  • Own end-to-end platform strategy, including EMR, CRM, ERP, analytics, care coordination, and third-party integrations
  • Ensure interoperability, data integrity, and scalability as the organization expands across states, payers, and care models
  • Drive AI and data strategy, including governance frameworks, automation, and decision-support tools for clinical and operational teams
  • Oversee technology and product architecture, major vendor decisions, and strategic investment trade-offs
  • Build and lead a high-performing product and technology leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between technology, operations, and business objectives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in product management or technology leadership supporting complex systems; 4+ years leading senior cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience with operational technology systems (EMR, CRM, ERP) and integrating them into scalable business solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and clinical needs into technology strategy, presenting effectively to C-suite and board-level audiences
  • Strong strategic thinking and experience driving measurable outcomes in regulated environments
  • Expertise in AI enablement, data platforms, analytics, and responsible automation in healthcare settings
  • Experience in healthcare technology, value-based care models, or care coordination preferred
  • Startup experience in high-growth environments, building and scaling teams from 5 to 25+ people
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with base salary and potential performance incentives
  • Equity opportunities aligned with company growth and success
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with occasional travel for key meetings and site visits
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies
  • Professional development opportunities and leadership mentorship programs
  • Access to wellness resources and supportive company culture focused on innovation and impact
