This role offers the opportunity to define and deliver next-generation consumer experiences that directly impact health and well-being. You will lead the strategy, design, and execution of end-to-end digital journeys across mobile, web, chat, and voice platforms, translating insights into actionable product improvements. This position combines deep user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and rapid experimentation to drive measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to create personalized, high-quality experiences that engage and empower users. The role emphasizes both strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. Your work will directly influence member satisfaction, engagement, and long-term health outcomes.
- Lead discovery and research through user interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and behavioral analysis to deeply understand member needs
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product decisions and clear narratives for stakeholders
- Build, ship, and optimize core consumer journeys from initial touch through ongoing engagement across multiple platforms
- Define input and output metrics tied to user behavior and health outcomes, iterating rapidly based on data-driven insights
- Write crisp PRDs, UX briefs, and acceptance criteria to reduce ambiguity and accelerate delivery
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and progress effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Drive bold experiments and scale successful outcomes to improve engagement, personalization, and measurable health results
- 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent impact
- 3+ years leading end-to-end consumer-facing mobile products
- Experience defining and shipping subscription, payments, or monetization flows is a plus
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed decision-making mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing insights into clear narratives
- Proven ability to collaborate across Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences
- Experience translating complex research into actionable product plans and measurable outcomes
- Comfort with rapid experimentation, iterative delivery, and prioritizing high-ROI initiatives
- Competitive annual salary: $195,000–$225,000 USD
