We’re looking for a proven eyewear leader—someone who has lived inside this industry, understands how product, fashion, and retail intersect, and is ready to own the growth of a brand, not just manage a department.

The Role

As Head of Eyewear Brand Growth, you will be the day-to-day leader and steward of the brand, responsible for performance, execution, and evolution.

You will:

• Own the growth and positioning of a premium sunglasses brand

• Drive sales performance, forecasting, and margin strategy

• Shape assortments, pricing logic, and product storytelling

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams into true brand ambassadors

• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are executed flawlessly

• Stay ahead of eyewear trends, fashion cycles, and consumer demand

• Partner closely with executive leadership, sales, and marketing

• Identify opportunities to scale responsibly across channels

Who This Role Is Built For

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years in eyewear or premium fashion retail

• Have worked with national retailers, specialty stores, travel retail, or duty-free

• Understand sunglasses as fashion + function
