Corporate Communications Coordinator at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates and assists the Director of Community Relations in advancing University Health’s community engagement, public affairs, and governmental relations priorities. Supports community relations with outreach events and promotions essential to the operations of University Health. Assists with outreach activities to increase brand awareness, sponsorship opportunities, and referrals to University Health service lines through engagement at public and private venues

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field is required. At least one year of marketing communications/public relations/graphic design experience is preferred (work experience and or related experience during college.) Experience in health care industry is preferred
