Spirit of the Position:
LAZ Van Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe transportation, loading and unloading passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.
Principle Job Duties:
- Safely operating 7 7-passenger van.
- G.E.T. 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
- Assist passengers when boarding and exiting vehicles, including ADA passengers, if applicable.
- Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
- Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years with a Valid Drivers license.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to physically push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)
