This role is critical in driving growth and expanding the customer base within the healthcare sector. You will leverage your expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing client relationships.   • Generate and manage a territory plan with research to create a credible territory strategy.
  • Define and refine specific sales strategies per target account.
  • Understand customer pain points and map them to value propositions and solutions.
  • Follow a disciplined sales process to identify key aspects for securing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
  • Execute territory campaigns to generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Utilize network and research to create valuable pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure clear communication with internal and external resources.
  • Complete contracting with prospective customers for optimal deals.
  • Manage and enhance customer relationships to ensure ongoing value.
  • Achieve forecasted revenue goals with a focus on new and existing business.
  • Proactively protect the privacy and security of systems, adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Master Data Management (MDM) software sales.
  • Experience in selling data management systems software to the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven capability in closing large SaaS deals ($250K+ ACV).
  • Understanding of enterprise-level initiatives and business value identification.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, and SharePoint.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Effective business writing capabilities.
