- Generate and manage a territory plan with research to create a credible territory strategy.
- Define and refine specific sales strategies per target account.
- Understand customer pain points and map them to value propositions and solutions.
- Follow a disciplined sales process to identify key aspects for securing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Execute territory campaigns to generate pipeline opportunities.
- Utilize network and research to create valuable pipeline opportunities.
- Ensure clear communication with internal and external resources.
- Complete contracting with prospective customers for optimal deals.
- Manage and enhance customer relationships to ensure ongoing value.
- Achieve forecasted revenue goals with a focus on new and existing business.
- Proactively protect the privacy and security of systems, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years experience in Master Data Management (MDM) software sales.
- Experience in selling data management systems software to the Healthcare industry.
- Proven capability in closing large SaaS deals ($250K+ ACV).
- Understanding of enterprise-level initiatives and business value identification.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, and SharePoint.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Effective business writing capabilities.
