- Lead complex workflow assessments to design integrated automation solutions.
- Analyze laboratory data sets to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved outcomes.
- Mentor and coach sales teams on laboratory automation and workflow optimization.
- Build strong relationships with laboratory directors and key stakeholders.
- Develop persuasive, data-driven presentations to support technology adoption.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 7+ years in Clinical Laboratory Operations, Technical Sales, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory workflows and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in dynamic environments.
