You will act as a key liaison across business, IT, and operational teams, as well as external partners, to drive alignment on digital initiatives. This highly visible role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership to ensure digital products meet business objectives and deliver measurable impact. You will guide roadmap development, prioritize product features, and oversee implementation, while continuously monitoring performance and competitive trends. Collaboration with marketing, technology, and leadership teams will be essential to drive adoption and position the organization at the forefront of digital innovation.Accountabilities:
  • Lead product managers in creating and executing digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps for business growth
  • Evaluate external digital platforms and recommend strategic partnerships to enhance offerings
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and define key capabilities for success
  • Develop business cases, requirements, and implementation plans for new digital initiatives
  • Guide multi-disciplinary teams to implement programs that align with customer and employee needs
  • Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, promotion, and onboarding strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics, competitive trends, and customer feedback to refine digital products
  • Serve as primary business contact for implementation, coordinating across IT and operational teams
  • Lead analysts to document requirements, manage system enhancements, and support post-implementation processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in digital product management
  • Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong program management, strategic planning, and execution skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce or other digital platforms, including roadmap development and feature implementation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels without direct authority
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
