- Lead product managers in creating and executing digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps for business growth
- Evaluate external digital platforms and recommend strategic partnerships to enhance offerings
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and define key capabilities for success
- Develop business cases, requirements, and implementation plans for new digital initiatives
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams to implement programs that align with customer and employee needs
- Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, promotion, and onboarding strategies
- Monitor performance metrics, competitive trends, and customer feedback to refine digital products
- Serve as primary business contact for implementation, coordinating across IT and operational teams
- Lead analysts to document requirements, manage system enhancements, and support post-implementation processes
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in digital product management
- Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong program management, strategic planning, and execution skills
- Expertise in Salesforce or other digital platforms, including roadmap development and feature implementation
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
