In this role, you will lead our internal marketing team in executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, optimize the website, enhance customer experience, and generate leads. You'll translate strategy into action through operational excellence: managing day-to-day workflows, ensuring on-time delivery, hitting KPIs, and maintaining clear communication with senior leadership

Description & Responsibilities

· Translate marketing strategy into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and deadlines

· Lead a team of marketing professionals and oversee daily operations, including prioritization, resource allocation, and project management systems to ensure on-time delivery

· Own marketing KPIs, conversion metrics, and budget allocation across all channels and brands

· Monitor campaign performance and quickly identify optimization opportunities with the team

· Partner with sales, IT, and operations teams and manage external vendor relationships

· Drive process improvements and implement systems to increase team efficiency

· Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape

· Base Rate: $120,000-$140,000 per year + performance bonus

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years managing teams responsible for complex, multi-channel deliverables
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding marketing KPIs and conversion goals
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency with core marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, HubSpot Breeze AI, and social media advertising platforms
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation technologies
  • Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
