Our Intelligent Hydration systems combine cutting-edge hardware with powerful software to optimize performance, health, and recovery—starting with elite athletes and expanding to everyday adventurers. We believe the future of wellness is precision-driven, personalized, and always evolving—and we're just getting started.

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Senior Event & Field Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale customer-facing initiatives — including trade shows, sales demos, photoshoots, and data science research mobilizations. You’ll ensure every execution — from research field deployments to live brand experiences — runs seamlessly, reflects our precision-driven identity, and drives company goals in sales, marketing, and innovation.

This role reports directly to the VP of Brand Creative and serves as a critical operational partner to marketing, sales, and R&D leadership. You’ll blend creative problem-solving with disciplined operational management, overseeing complex logistics, asset tracking, vendor partnerships, and travel coordination across multiple teams and activations

What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, demos, photoshoots, and data science research mobilizations — managing concepting, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations.
  • Oversee asset tracking and logistics management, maintaining inventory accuracy, transport readiness, and proper storage for demo gear, branded materials, and research equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contracts, performance tracking, and long-term partnership development across fabrication, shipping, creative, and technical service providers.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics for teams, talent, and assets, managing itineraries, bookings, and schedules for domestic and international activations.
  • Orchestrate data science research mobilizations, aligning technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure efficient and compliant data collection and testing logistics.
  • Own sales demo and brand experience operations, ensuring all customer-facing setups are polished, functional, and strategically aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Orchestrate photoshoots and media productions, coordinating creative teams, talent, and locations to deliver cohesive, high-quality visual assets that reinforce the brand.
  • Develop and manage master event strategy and calendar, aligning activations with company milestones, launches, and market opportunities.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and ROI, ensuring financial accountability and continuous performance improvement.
  • Serve as the operational hub between creative, sales, and R&D teams, maintaining transparent communication and ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • All activations — from field research to national trade shows — are executed flawlessly, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Assets, materials, and demo equipment are consistently tracked and accounted for across programs.
  • Vendor relationships are strong, cost-effective, and performance-driven.
  • Teams are aligned and supported through clear communication and operational excellence.
  • Post-event analytics demonstrate measurable business and brand impact.
  • You’re recognized as a strategic partner to the VP of Brand Creative, trusted to transform ideas into exceptional, high-performing brand experiences.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or field logistics, ideally in a technology, consumer, or performance-oriented industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, demos, research deployments, and complex logistics.
  • Strong skills in asset tracking, vendor management, and travel coordination.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com) and CRM or logistics systems (Airtable, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative problem-solving ability and composure under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and manage dynamic event and production schedules.

Nice to Have

  • Background in experiential marketing, brand storytelling, or production management.
  • Familiarity with data-driven research operations or technical fieldwork logistics.
