About the role
The Warehouse Driver & Event Setup Associate is responsible for transporting goods and materials and ensuring efficient operations within a warehouse setting. This individual is also responsible for supporting both warehouse operations and on-site event execution. This role ensures that inventory, equipment, and décor are properly prepared, transported, and installed to deliver seamless event experiences. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
What you'll do
Warehouse Duties
- Drive the company’s vehicle (24x26 footlong Box Truck.)
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
- Transport Goods: Safely drive vehicles to deliver and pick up goods from warehouses, retail locations, or distribution centers.
- Assist with pulling, staging, and prepping event orders.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory organization, cleanliness, and accuracy.
- Inspect equipment and décor for quality before and after events.
- Support repairs, maintenance, and restocking as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
On-Site Event Setup
- Assist with event installations, including furniture, décor, staging, and signage.
- Follow floorplans and supervisor directions to ensure proper placement and execution.
- Safely operate carts, lifts, or other equipment to move items.
- Troubleshoot and adjust setups as needed to meet client/venue requirements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor as a representative of thestudio at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
General
- Follow company safety procedures in the warehouse and on-site.
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
- Adapt to changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support load-out and return processes to ensure accurate check-in of items.

Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants 25 years of age or older preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to event sites as needed.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or event setup experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, day/night shifts).
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
