- Develop and implement sales plans, including market analysis, account strategies, and measurable outcomes
- Create individual account plans for retention and new business, including product specification recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate, regional, and divisional leadership, purchasing managers, and construction teams
- Understand account business drivers and critical measures by collaborating across customer organizations
- Mobilize internal resources to respond to customer needs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor market trends, distribution patterns, consumer behaviors, competitive practices, and product performance to inform strategy
- Orchestrate organizational resources to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or sales management with multi-family accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and develop strategic responses
- Understanding of marketing, finance, and operations principles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to emerging business opportunities
- Preferred: experience selling exterior and interior doors, MBA or advanced business degree, experience in consumer/durable goods, familiarity with CRM software, strong written and verbal communication skills
