About This Position
Registered Nurse (RN) - GI Lab

Work location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093
Work hours: PRN/Days; Variable Shifts; Weekend and holiday requirements
Endo/GI Lab Department Highlights:
• Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
• Fast-Paced, high-volume department
• Promotes within
• Education and growth opportunities for all interested
• High Retention/Low turnover in this department
Here's What You Need:
• Nursing Diploma required or
• Associate's Degree of Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree of Nursing preferred
• Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required
• Experience in an acute care setting as an Endo/GI Registered Nurse strongly preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required and
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required and
• PALS - Pediatric Life Support within 90 days required
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
